Mr. Ambrose is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in both the functional and technical spaces of the software development spectrum. As a Managing Consultant, Mr. Ambrose oversees the technical division of the Colibrium Partners Tuo® Delivery team. Comprised of software developers and technical analysts, this team provides delivery resources to Tuo® implementations as well as internal product development initiatives. In addition to his management role, Mr. Ambrose is also instrumental to the definition and implementation of internal software development methodology and standards.

Mr. Ambrose is an authority on technical data interface design and implementation as well as rating engine design. He played a key role in the development of the initial release of the Tuo® Rating module.

Mr. Ambrose has held senior consulting positions at Connecture and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In her capacity as a Managing Consultant, Ms. Edwards is responsible for the overall direction and product strategy for Colibrium Partners and oversees the management, innovation and strategic development for the Tuo® Product Suite. She has extensive product management experience including defining product capability roadmaps, engaging with customers and partners to identify strategic product needs, and designing and managing product development for integrated web-based sales and service automation solutions for the insurance industry.

Ms. Edwards is also an experienced business analyst and subject matter expert, providing business process, functional analysis and solutions expertise for client engagements. She has broad experience in the management and implementation of software development lifecycles and process improvement and has played a key role in defining the overall standards and direction of functional deliverables for Colibrium Partners.

Ms. Edwards has served in product/project management capacities at Connecture as well as research positions at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and the Centers for Disease Control.

Mr. Isaac is an experienced consultant proficient in project delivery who possesses strong problem solving skills and a high business analysis acumen. In his role as Managing Consultant, Mr. Isaac leads the functional analysts that comprise a portion of the Colibrium Partners Tuo® Delivery team. The functional team is responsible for producing high-quality deliverables and guiding configuration activities during Tuo® implementations. Aside from management duties, Mr. Isaac works closely with the Product Development team to assist with detailed design efforts and incorporating new product offerings into the delivery methodology.

Mr. Isaac also owns multiple Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM. Utilizing his expertise, Mr. Isaac was integral in the design and development of the Tuo® Dynamics platform and the Colibrium Partners methodology for Dynamics CRM implementations.

Prior to Colibrium Partners, Mr. Isaac held a senior consultant position at Accenture.

Dr. Searing is an experienced software system architect/developer, development manager, and published technical author with professional experience in web service and application development projects in many of the latest technology platforms (service-oriented architectures, ESBs, rules and workflow engines, etc.). Dr. Searing is responsible for directing all product architecture, design, and development efforts at Colibrium Partners.

Dr. Searing is also a subject matter expert in areas of risk assessment and actuarial rating calculation automation. He has designed and implemented numerous configurable rating and pricing models for our clients. His background in mathematics and systems engineering gives him unique insight into the rationalization and simplification of the rating and risk models that are automated in our solutions.

Prior to his employment at Colibrium Partners, Dr. Searing has held technical management positions with Connecture, Primen, and Taknosys Software Corporation.

Mr. Yeomans is an accomplished and highly experienced Sales and Marketing professional and has enjoyed tremendous success within the Insurance technology space for nearly 14 years. He oversees all Marketing, Sales and Account Management functions for Colibrium Partners, LLC.

Mr. Yeomans has extensive sales, management, marketing, business development and account management experience with both tangible and intangible IT products and services in the Insurance vertical. His passion and commitment to a truly consultative selling approach that fosters and maintains intimate customer relationships has facilitated countless successful project endeavors. Mr. Yeomans has held a number of leadership positions in sales and account management functions within the Insurance space and holds a BA in Law Studies from Georgia State University.
