The Executive Team is the guiding influence over all strategic and operational areas
of the company, driven by a shared vision for providing strong customer-focused
services and innovative technology and business solutions.
Co-founder and CEO
Mr. Poling is a highly accomplished leader with experience in complex project and
program management, deep exposure to the insurance industry, and broad knowledge
of CRM, data warehousing, ERP, and custom application implementation. As Chief Executive
Officer, Mr. Poling directs the sales and marketing initiatives for all practice
lines, as well as all client account management activities. Mr. Poling also contributes
to the strategic direction and development of the Colibrium Partners Tuo® product
line.
Mr. Poling has held executive management positions at Connecture, Answerthink Consulting,
and Cambridge Technology Partners.
Co-founder and COO
Mr. Stubbs is a seasoned, hands-on professional with an extensive background in
operational management, resource administration, technology solutions implementation,
full life-cycle project management, and strategic business process improvement.
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Stubbs oversees the Colibrium Partners Tuo® and
Colibrium Partners Consulting practice lines. Mr. Stubbs is also responsible for
managing the activities internal to Colibrium Partners operations, including human
resources, finance, and infrastructure.
Mr. Stubbs has held technical management positions at Connecture, Net Vendor, and
O'Neal Steel. Mr. Stubbs is also a former U.S. Army warrant officer and aviator.
