As the founding members of Colibrium Partners, the Principals are the guiding influence over all strategic
and operational areas of the company. Driven by a shared vision for providing strong customer-focused services,
and innovative technology and business solutions, all take a hands-on role with Client Services and
Delivery activity to instill their values throughout the organization.
Mr. Ciccarone is an experienced consultant with a background covering Product Development and Architecture,
Enterprise RDBMS Management, Production Hosting and Maintenance. Leveraging both his technology and client
facing project experience, Mr. Ciccarone has worked directly with clients to optimize their Architecture
deployment strategies, improve application performance, and bridge the gap between Business and IT team members
to ensure successful project delivery.
Mr. Ciccarone’s role includes Architecture and Technology Strategy, Operations Management, and Technology
Partner Alliances.
Mr. Ciccarone has held Senior Management and Technology positions at Connecture, CDC, and Georgia Pacific.
Mr. Poling is a highly accomplished consultant with experience in complex project and program management,
deep exposure to the insurance industry, and broad knowledge of CRM, data warehousing, ERP, and custom
application implementation. Recent accomplishments at Colibrium Partners include the lead role in the
development of a national, multi market segment sales automation application enhancement and support effort.
In this role, Mr. Poling assisted the client in achieving a 50%+ reduction in enhancement and support costs
and deployment timelines.
Mr. Poling's role includes Sales, Business Development, and Market Strategy.
Mr. Poling also contributes project delivery services as well as project management resource management.
Mr. Poling has held executive management positions at Connecture, Answerthink Consulting, and Cambridge Technology Partners.
Mr. Stubbs is a seasoned, hands-on consultant with an extensive background in operational management,
resource administration, technology solutions implementation, full life-cycle project management, and
strategic business process improvement. Mr. Stubbs has a strong technical background and frequently
uses his knowledge and experience of developmental processes to improve efficiencies on client engagements.
Additionally, Mr. Stubbs is an experienced and proficient software engineer.
Mr. Stubbs' role includes Business Administration, Solution and Product Development, and Account Management.
Mr. Stubbs has held technical management positions at Connecture, Net Vendor, and O'Neal Steel.
Mr. Stubbs is also a former U.S. Army warrant officer and aviator.
